Still, there was something to surf on the dropping tide. Should be similar tomorrow, getting a bit smaller until the weekend. Costa Rica Surf Report: 2-3ft Knee to waist high waves with poor shape. Pavones, Costa Rica – The waves were still small this morning. Mostly closed out with lots of closed out sections, but on occasion, there were some decent makable sets. Not much on tap this week, but hopefully, we will see an increase in swell soon. Costa Rica Surf Report: 2-3ft Knee to waist high waves with poor shape. Pavones, Costa Rica – The surf looked fun this morning on the lower tide. It was still fast and sectioning, but at least there were some racers to be had. The wind picked up early, by about 10:30am and has been blowing steady, making a mess of things.
