Pavones, Costa Rica – The waves were fun this morning, but the lineup was a tad crowded for the amount of waves coming in on the high tide. Costa Rica Surf Report: 2-3ft Waist to chest high waves with poor to fair shape. Pavones, Costa Rica – The surf was small but continued building through the day, with some decent sets pushing past the corner just before sunset. The bay wind was on it early making it a bit messy, but glassed off late in the day. Costa Rica Surf Report: 1-3ft Knee to chest high waves with poor to fair shape. Pavones, Costa Rica – The waves were tricky this morning. High tide was breaking only at the top of the point and quite softly. The surf picked up a bit as the tide dropped, but it was difficult to pattern.
