The waves were breaking really erratically, shutting down quickly on the steep bars along the shoreline. Hopefully, these sandbars begin flattening out so we can enjoy a proper barrel fest soon! The drastic sandbars north of the rivermouth are shutting it down at the top of the corner. The wind is on it. Still, there was something to ride. Hopefully, it cleans up! The dropping tide really took the push out of the swell, and the massive sandbar was causing a lot of waves to close out prematurely.
