The surf was small but seemed to be building slightly throughout the day. Pavones Surf Report: Early morning dropping tide, and bay winds ripping through the line up, was killing the small surf. It cleaned up slightly before the high tide slowed things down, and soon after the tide peaked, the storms began to roll in, making it sloppy out there. Hopefully, tomorrow brings better conditions. The corner looked really fun for longboarding at high tide, but the top of the point still had some fun chest high waves still coming through. Costa Rica Surf Report for Pavones, Costa Rica Pavones Surf Report Video Pavones Surf Report: The surf was small this morning, but clean early. The tide was a bit too low for the corner, and as it started to fill in, the Zancudo winds picked up, creating a rip through lineup. This should glass off, hopefully, before the southwesterly winds build. The top of the point still had some shoulder high waves, but the corner was waist to chest, at best.
