Costa Rica Surf Report for Pavones, Costa Rica Pavones Surf Report Video Pavones Surf Report: The surf started to pick up slightly this morning, slowly building through the day until we were seeing chest high waves out in front. It was glassy early, blowing out by noon. I never went up top, but I’d assume it was even bigger. I’m looking forward to tomorrow morning on the higher tide. It was glassy most of the morning, turning light, but steady onshore winds by midday. Should be a little bump in swell supposed to move in overnight. We’ll just have to wait and see.
