Costa Rica Surf Report for Pavones, Costa Rica Pavones Surf Report Video Surf Report: 1’ with poor shape It’s flat!  Miniscule waves with a high tide warble this morning.  I don’t expect things to improve on the dropping tide.  What else can I say?  At least it’s glassy.
