Pavones Surf Report:

The surf was still pumping with overhead sets at the point when I arrived late this afternoon to take the surf report photos. I was too busy with guests to get out there any earlier to take photos. We surfed all morning and scored some really fun, consistent waves in glassy uncrowded conditions. The tides were less extreme than last week, which made for longer sessions where the tide was ideal for surfing. There was only one guy out at the point when I checked it for the report, and the south wind was on it, but it was still surfable, if a little bumpy. Hopefully, this improves and we can get in another epic glass off session like yesterday.

Costa Rica Weather:

It’s another beautiful day here in Pavones, Costa Rica. The weather was mostly sunny all day in Pavones, with some short-lived sprinklings of rain passing through a couple of times during the day. We’ve been having strong rains late the past few nights. The wind this morning was calm most of the morning, building steadily out of the south this afternoon.
