The surf dropped off a bit overnight and was a little less consistent, but if you were patient, there were still overhead sets running through the point this morning. When I arrived to take the surf report photos, it was about chest to shoulder high on most of the sets I witnessed. However, just as I was packing up the drone and walking back to Una Ola, a really nice overhead set pulsed through, catching everyone off guard, with four epic waves going unridden all the way along the point. We had some light early Zancudo winds, that glassed off for a couple hours, then switched to south winds at around 11am, eventually becoming steady onshores this afternoon.
