Surf Report

The surf was fun this morning, on the incoming high tide, with waves in the waist high to chest high range and super glassy all morning. The winds remained fairly calm before building slightly out of the southwest this afternoon. This created a bit of texture on the surface of the waves, but it stayed surfable all day, though the peak high tide made the waves a bit mushy.

Weather

It’s another beautiful day here in Pavones, Costa Rica. The weather was hot and sunny until the afternoon. That’s when it started to cloud over and threaten some potential rain. We had calm, glassy winds all morning, though it started blowing lightly onshore from the southwest by noon. Strong likelihood of rain later this evening.
