Pavones, Costa Rica Surf Report – March 15, 2020
Surf Report for Pavones, Costa Rica
Pavones Surf Report:
The surf was fun this morning, at the top of the point, with some nice sets rolling through. Unfortunately, is was a complete clown show with a bunch of knuckleheads acting like they owned the break. Please be courteous in the lineup if you are visiting. This is not your home break. Relax and enjoy the surroundings. Waves come, and waves go. Learn a little patience and humility. It will go a long way. It’s weird how the crowds start to get all fired up in March. Wait your turn, and if your not sure if it’s your turn, it probably isn’t. The winds were calm most of the morning, until midday, glassing off just before sunset.
Costa Rica Tides:
0.59ft Low Tide @ 12:48am
9.45ft High Tide @ 6:59am
1.31ft Low Tide @ 1:05pm
9.68ft High Tide @ 7:20pm
Costa Rica Weather:
It’s another beautiful day here in Pavones, Costa Rica. The weather was mostly hot and sunny today, clouding up and lightly sprinkling just after sunset. We had calm, glassy winds early turning light onshore by midday, calming again this evening.
