Pavones, Costa Rica Surf Report – February 15, 2020
Surf Report for Pavones, Costa Rica
Pavones Surf Report:
The surf was a bit smaller and less consistent than yesterday, but still really fun on the higher tide. The waves were mostly waist to chest high around the corner, with some bigger sets up top. The wind was clean and glassy early, but as the tide began dropping out, a combination of light onshore flow, and a bunch of current ripping through the lineup, made the waves weird and warbled.
Costa Rica Tides:
0.85ft Low Tide @ 1:11am
9.29ft High Tide @ 7:19am
1.18ft Low Tide @ 1:27pm
9.81ft High Tide @ 7:46pm
Costa Rica Weather:
It’s another beautiful day here in Pavones, Costa Rica. The weather was hot and sunny with very few clouds in the sky today. We had calm winds early this morning, turning light onshore by 11am. It should glass off slightly before sunset.
