Pavones, Costa Rica Surf Report – August 6, 2019
Costa Rica Surf Report for Pavones, Costa Rica
Pavones Surf Report:
The surf was small today with waist high waves at the corner, and some chest high sets up at the top of the point. The wind was light onshore, with unfavorable surfing conditions for most of the day. Some heavy rain showers pushed through this afternoon, swelling the Rio Claro with muddy runoff, which sent a ton of debris careening through the lineup. This created hazardous surfing conditions, as the incoming tide brought entire trees into the surf zone.
Costa Rica Tides:
0.23ft Low Tide @ 12:16am
10.53ft High Tide @ 6:35am
0.75ft Low Tide @ 12:51pm
9.55ft High Tide @ 6:58pm
