Costa Rica Surf Report for Pavones, Costa Rica
Pavones Surf Report:
The swell dropped off a bit today, with waist to head high waves, but the cleaned up a lot this morning. There is still some residual wind swell breaking up the primary swell into lots of shorter sections, but it’s still a lot of fun. Torrential downpours last night created a huge sandbar at the rivermouth, that was producing some short barrel sections on high tide.
Costa Rica Tides:
8.56ft High Tide @ 1:30am
2.20ft Low Tide @ 7:30am
9.25ft High Tide @ 1:40pm
1.25ft Low Tide @ 8:03pm
Costa Rica Weather:
It’s another beautiful rainy season day here in Pavones, Costa Rica. It was stormy last night, but cleared up for daybreak. Another light bout of rain showers passed through just before noon, but cleared up later. Should be more rain tonight.
