Pavones, Costa Rica Surf Report – April 20, 2019
Costa Rica Surf Report for Pavones, Costa Rica
Pavones Surf Report:
The surf was small today with mostly waist high waves, slightly bigger on the sets, but with a quickly dropping tide that seems to be sucking energy out of the waves that are breaking really fast on the shallow sandbars. The wind is light onshore, but the incoming tide seems to be helping out what little swell we have. Should get better soon!
Costa Rica Tides:
10.40ft High Tide @ 3:10am
0.20ft Low Tide @ 9:16am
11.06ft High Tide @ 3:28pm
-0.33ft Low Tide @ 9:45pm
Costa Rica Weather:
It was mostly cloudy this morning after a nice rain last night. It looks like the rainy season is finally starting to show in Pavones, Costa Rica. This has been one on the longest, hottest dry seasons we’ve seen in years. Looking forward to more rain.
