Costa Rica Surf Report:
1-3ft Knee to chest high waves with poor to fair shape.
Pavones, Costa Rica – The waves were tricky this morning. High tide was breaking only at the top of the point and quite softly. The surf picked up a bit as the tide dropped, but it was difficult to pattern. The take offs were shifting and waves were super fast, and tending to close out. However, there were some good waves if you could catch them.
