2-3ft Knee to waist high waves with poor shape.
Pavones, Costa Rica – The surf looked fun this morning on the lower tide. It was still fast and sectioning, but at least there were some racers to be had. The wind picked up early, by about 10:30am and has been blowing steady, making a mess of things.
Costa Rica Tides:
We had a morning low tide of -0.28 @ 8:38am, filling in to a high tide of 9.13 ft @ 2:59pm, then dropping down to a low tide of -0.17 ft @ 9:06pm tonight
