Surf Report

The surf was quite fun this morning, with consistent waves in the waist-high to shoulder-high range. Wind conditions were fairly glassy, with a slight texture on the surface of the waves. The winds continued to increase throughout the day. There were good peaks to be had on the dropping tide, with lefts and rights forming all up and down the beach.

Weather

It was a beautiful day here in Pavones, Costa Rica. The weather was mostly cloudy, with some intermittent rain showing up at first light and another burst around noon. Otherwise, it was a bit cooler today due to the cloud cover. We had calm winds most of the morning, with winds beginning to come out of the southwest by about 10 AM. There’s a strong likelihood of more rain later this afternoon.
