The surf was tiny with knee to waist high waves, and the wind conditions were calm and glassy despite early morning rain storm moving through the area. We need a pulse of swell soon, as this is getting desperate!

It’s another beautiful rainy season day here in Pavones, Costa Rica. It was stormy at first light, but turned mostly cloudy the rest of the day, starting to rain again, just after nightfall. The winds were calm and glassy early, turning to light onshore winds by noon, but glassed off again at the end of the day. There is a good chance of more rain showers tonight.
